Provision of information held by Northumbria Police made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the 'Act')
As you may be aware the purpose of the Act is to allow a general right of access to information held at the time of a request, by a Public Authority (including the Police), subject to certain limitations and exemptions.
Its has helpfully been brought to my attention that only members of the public can make complaints, and that police officers and police staff raise misconduct matters.
Therefore please discontinue my previous FOI and please provide the following
How many misconduct matters have been raised and investigate by your force for
- sexual harassment
- Generalized harassment ( Any harassment that does not have sexual element to it)
have been against Police officers, Police Staff,PCSO's and Special constables in your force area in the last 3 years as of today's date 21.03.2018 by other Police officers, Police Staff PCSO's and Special constables
