Provision of information held by Northumbria Police made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the 'Act')

As you may be aware the purpose of the Act is to allow a general right of access to information held at the time of a request, by a Public Authority (including the Police), subject to certain limitations and exemptions.

You asked:

From the information provided in FOI 389/18, I would like to know the following information. 

1. If you are able to, please could you tell me the actual alleged incidents/offence(s) for each report detailed in your response to the first FOI? E.g. GBH, rape

2. Would you be able to tell me at all what happened to the employees whose complaints were upheld e.g. fired, suspended?

3. Please could you send me your policies relating to domestic abuse in general, by any perpetrators?

We have now had the opportunity to fully consider your request and I provide a response for your attention. 

Following receipt of your request, searches were conducted with the Professional Standards Department of Northumbria Police. I can confirm that the information you have requested is held by Northumbria Police.
