Provision of information held by Northumbria Police made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the 'Act')

As you may be aware the purpose of the Act is to allow a general right of access to information held at the time of a request, by a Public Authority (including the Police), subject to certain limitations and exemptions.

You asked:

I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information:

How many incidents containing the keywords 'Brexit' or 'European Union' or 'EU' within the incident log text from 22 February 2016 up until the date of the request.

 Could I have the following information in response to the above?

Date of incidents

Whether units were dispatched

Type of offence, and outcome

We have now had the opportunity to fully consider your request and I provide a response for your attention.

Following receipt of your request, searches were conducted with the Corporate Development Department of Northumbria Police. I can confirm that the information you have requested is not held by Northumbria Police.

A search of all incidents created between 22/02/2016 and 17/01/18, have returned no results.
