Provision of information held by Northumbria Police made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the 'Act')

As you may be aware the purpose of the Act is to allow a general right of access to information held at the time of a request, by a Public Authority (including the Police), subject to certain limitations and exemptions.

You asked:

How many reported coronavirus lockdown legislation breaches did the force receive between:

  1. 16th May 2020 and 22nd May 2020 (inclusive)
  2. 23rd May 2020 and 29th May 2020 (inclusive),
  3. 21st May 2020 and 24th May 2020 (inclusive)
  4. Can you provide the alleged breach for each report please?

We have now had the opportunity to fully consider your request and I provide a response for your attention.

To note, this request has been aggregated with your previous submission on this subject, FOI 907/20 refers, due to cost/time constraints.

Following receipt of your request, searches were conducted within Northumbria Police.  I can confirm that the information you have requested is held by Northumbria Police.

I am able to disclose the located information to you as follows.

Please be aware that the above relates to finalised disposal dates.  The initial offences were not committed within this period.
