Provision of information held by Northumbria Police made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the 'Act')

As you may be aware the purpose of the Act is to allow a general right of access to information held at the time of a request, by a Public Authority (including the Police), subject to certain limitations and exemptions.

You asked:

I would like to make a Freedom of Information Request to access the following information from dates 19th February 2018 - 10th March 2018 (Inclusive)

I would like to know;

1.         The number of crimes or incidents reported at a 'KFC' or 'Kentucky Fried Chicken' premises during the above time frame.

2.         The total length of all the calls for each day added together.

Please may you send me this information broken down by day and total duration of calls for each day.

Please consider the public interest in this request - the misuse of the emergency telephone number is a subject of considerable public interest and concern.

In Response:

We have now had the opportunity to fully consider your request and I provide a response for your attention.

Following receipt of your request, searches were conducted with the Corporate Development Department of Northumbria Police. I can confirm that the information you have requested is not held by Northumbria Police.

I am able to disclose the located information to you as follows.

No information held.  A search has been conducted with systems we have access to and we did not find any mention of either ‘KFC’ or ‘Kentucky’
