In Response:

We have now had the opportunity to fully consider your request and I provide a response for your attention.

Following receipt of your request, searches were conducted with the Corporate Development Department of Northumbria Police. I can confirm that the information you have requested is held in part by Northumbria Police.

I am able to disclose the located information to you with the following noted.

• The data has been taken where the location was one of the following: Dental Surgery; Health Centre; Surgery; Surgery Dental or Surgery Doctors.

• It should be noted that when using location types, the crimes may not have anything to do with the business carried out at the premise, rather it just occurred at that location type, for example, the crime may have occurred in the grounds when the property was closed.

• As one of your time periods (2021/22) was incomplete at the time this request was received, this data cannot be provided as it was not held at the time the request was submitted. As you may be aware a request made under FOI is for information held at the time a valid request is received.

• If you would like data for the 2021/22 financial year you may wish to resubmit your request when the financial year is complete and information will be held. However, you should note that any resubmission will be considered as a new request and aggregated with this one due to the cost/time implications under the Acts legislation.
