• 2015 from October 1st to the end of the calendar year
• The entire calendar year of 2016
• The entire calendar year of 2017
• The calendar year of 2018 up until the most recent possible opportunity

To note, these smoking offences where one of several offences being committed at the time so they may not have specifically been fined for this offence as it has been merged in with the other offences as recorded as no separate penalty.
