  2. How many investigations has your police force launched into underage sharing of explicit images on social media site TikTok as a result of these reports?
  3. What was the outcome of these investigations?
  4. How many arrests have been made as a result of these investigations in 2018 and 2019?

Following receipt of your request, searches were conducted with the Corporate Development Department of Northumbria Police. I can confirm that the information you have requested is not held by Northumbria Police. There were no results when the central database was searched for the following HO codes where the keyword 'TikTok’ featured in the MO:

008/71 - Disclose private sexual photographs and films with intent to cause distress.

086/02 - Take, permit to be taken or to make distribute or publish indecent photographs or pseudo - photographs of children.

086/10 - Possession of an indecent photograph or pseudo-photograph.
