In Response:
Following receipt of your request, searches were conducted with the Corporate Development Department of Northumbria Police. I can confirm that the information you have requested is held by Northumbria Police.
Please see the attached document which should satisfy your queries. However, the following should be noted:
- "Assault without injury" and "Assault without injury on a constable" are mutually exclusive and therefore there is no crossover in the response data for Q2 and Q3.
- Should someone have been arrested multiple times in the time period, they have been counted that many times.
