Provision of information held by Northumbria Police made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the 'Act')

As you may be aware the purpose of the Act is to allow a general right of access to information held at the time of a request, by a Public Authority (including the Police), subject to certain limitations and exemptions.

You asked:

Under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide me with a full copy of your Force Management Statement.

This is a document requested by HMICFRS but which is owned by the force - https://www.justiceinspectorates.gov.uk/hmicfrs/about-us/what-we-do/integrated-peel-assessments/force-management-statements/ - and I understand there is no impediment to it being released under FOI.

If a final version is not available, please send me a draft.

If you have already received a similar FOI request please send me your response to that, and if you have already published your Force Management Statement online then please send me a link to that.

Following receipt of your request, searches were conducted within Northumbria Police. I can confirm that the information you have requested is held by Northumbria Police.
