Provision of information held by Northumbria Police made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the 'Act')

This is a document requested by HMICFRS but which is owned by the force - https://www.justiceinspectorates.gov.uk/hmicfrs/about-us/what-we-do/integrated-peel-assessments/force-management-statements/ - and I understand there is no impediment to it being released under FOI.
