Provision of information held by Northumbria Police made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the 'Act')

As you may be aware the purpose of the Act is to allow a general right of access to information held at the time of a request, by a Public Authority (including the Police), subject to certain limitations and exemptions.

You asked:

1. The number of gun crime arrests recorded in the last three calendar years (2015,2016,2017) and this year so far (2018)?

Please break this information down for each year by month and also break it down for each year by the number of arrests for people aged under 17.

If you could provide any information about the nature of the gun crime incident each year (eg robbery/ sexual assault) that would be most helpful.

2. The number of gun crime arrests recorded in the last three calendar years (2015,2016,2017) and this year so far (2018) that led to a charge? Please break this down by year.
