Provision of information held by Northumbria Police made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the 'Act')

For the calendar years 2018 and 2019 and the period 1st January 2020 to 23rd March 2020, please could tell me:

1) The number of race hate crimes recorded against Chinese victims

2) If it is within the time/cost limit set out by the FOI Act, a brief description of each crime listed in your answer to question 1
