Provision of information held by Northumbria Police made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the 'Act')

As you may be aware the purpose of the Act is to allow a general right of access to information held at the time of a request, by a Public Authority (including the Police), subject to certain limitations and exemptions.

  1. “Number of incidents Police have responded too at How do you Do ,Hudson Street, North Shields in past 12 months.
  2. Number of arrests /summons from these incidents”

After we sought clarity as to the time period, whether you refer to crimes or incidents, and whether you  wanted arrests or summons you advised:

“last 12 month  this from time of request submission and how many incidents responded too and out of those incidents were any people arrested or reported for summons”
