Following receipt of your request, searches were conducted with the Corporate Development Department of Northumbria Police. I can confirm that the information you have requested is held, in part, by Northumbria Police.
I am able to disclose the located information to you as follows.
1. No information held. Incidents do not typically have listed offenders; an offender is listed at the point that a crime is created, therefore it is not possible to provide a response to this part of your request.
2. 2456 - for clarity, this number relates to the total number of incidents noted as hate that do not have a hate crime attached.
