In Response:

Following receipt of your request, searches were conducted with the Corporate Development Department of Northumbria Police.  I can confirm that the information you have requested is held by Northumbria Police.

I am able to disclose the located information to you as follows.

It should be noted that Outcome 21 is a crime outcome, rather than an outcome given to an offender.  The information provided is therefore a count of  crimes with this outcome, and then a gender breakdown of suspects as part of that crime.  These were suspects at some point during an investigation but will have had no action taken against them given the Outcome 21.

We have provided 2 totals for Q1 - Q4.  Outcome 21 is a crime outcome rather than an outcome given to an offender, so therefore we have provided a count of crimes with this outcome and then a gender breakdown of the suspects named as part of that crime.  These suspects were named at some point during the investigation but will have had no action taken against them given the Outcome 21.

For "Youth Produced Sexual Imagery", included are all offences under HO Codes 086/02 Take, permit to be taken or to make distribute or publish indecent photographs or pseudo - photographs of children or 086/10 Possession of an indecent photograph or pseudo-photograph  where the offender was under 18.

With all the above noted please see the attached.
