Provision of information held by Northumbria Police made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the 'Act')

As you may be aware the purpose of the Act is to allow a general right of access to information held at the time of a request, by a Public Authority (including the Police), subject to certain limitations and exemptions.

1. Number of CSODS applications received in 2017 and 2018

2. Number of CSODS application resulting in a disclosure concerning a child sex offender for the years 2013, 2014, 2017 and 2018 (01.01.18 - 31.07.18).

3. Number of CSODS application resulting in a none disclosure as a result of the CSODS application from 2011 - present.
