Could you please provide a response to each question for the years (inclusive January – December) 2017 and 2018.
- How many incidents of ‘Sex for Rent’ arrangements as defined in the Crown Prosecution Service guidance https://www.cps.gov.uk/legal-guidance/prostitution-and-exploitation-prostitution within Section 51A, 52 and 53A of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 were recorded by your police force?
- How many of these incidents led to an individual being issued with a formal caution?
- How many of these incidents led to an individual being charged?

Following receipt of your request, searches were conducted with the Corporate Development Department of Northumbria Police. I can confirm that the information you have requested is held by Northumbria Police.
