Provision of information held by Northumbria Police made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the 'Act')

I am writing to request data in relation to s.4 Sexual Offences Act 2003; causing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent. Under the Home Office Counting Rules for Sexual Offences, the code associated with this offence is 22A. Reading the codes under this offence as referring to male and female victims when talking about male and female persons, I am specifically interested in those offences coded under 22/2 and 22/3 involving penetration (please see -https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/602801/count-sexual-apr-2017.pdf p.40)
Please could you provide data in response to the following questions:
1. Please can you provide the number of recorded offences for those offences coded as 22/2 for each of the years 2005/06 – 2011/12? If you have the data for more recent years please could these also be provided.
2. Please can you provide the number of recorded offences for those offences coded as 22/3 for each of the years 2005/06 – 2011/12? If you have the data for more recent years please could these also be provided.
3. Please can you provide the number of recorded offences for those offences coded as 22/2 for each of the years 2005/06 – 2011/12, broken down by sex, age, and ethnicity of offenders? If you have the data for more recent years please could these also be provided.
4. Please can you provide the number of recorded offences for those offences coded as 22/3 for each of the years 2005/06 – 2011/12, broken down by sex, age, and ethnicity of offenders? If you have the data for more recent years please could these also be provided.

Please can you provide the method of detection (e.g. charge/summons, cautions, non-sanction detections etc) and number and rates of detection for those offences coded as 22/2 for each of the years 2005/06 - 2011/12, broken down by sex, age, and ethnicity of offenders? Following receipt of your request, searches were conducted with the Corporate Development Department of Northumbria Police. I can confirm that the information you have requested is held in part by Northumbria Police.
The information regarding 2005/06 data is not held. There are no incidents of those specific HO codes for those years. Please find information attached for the other years requested.
