As advised in your acknowledgement email this request has been aggregated with your previous requests (FOI’s 651/20, 833/20 and 932/20 refer) with regards to time constraints under the Act, as they refer to the same subject area – Sexual Misconduct Cases.

In Response:

As per our amended response to 932/20, sent to you on 05/08/20, there is only one offence that matches the criteria of this request.
The outcome was "Victim does not support police action."

The criteria of this request was the location should be ‘university’
As per our response to your previous requests, it should not be assumed that any offence involved either staff or students or that the crime occurred when the university was actually open.

If you decide to write an article / use the enclosed data we would expect that you to take into consideration the factors highlighted above so as not to mislead members of the public or official bodies or misrepresent the relevance of the whole or any part of this disclosed material.
