You asked:

a) Date
b) Reported offence
c) If a data release request (e.g.Section 29 request or similar) was made to Deliveroo and if so:
i) Whether the data request was accepted, declined, or ignored, or if the police investigation was terminated before a response was received.
ii) If accepted, how many days it took for the data to be passed on to the police force.
In Response:
Following receipt of your request, searches were conducted with the Corporate Development Department of Northumbria Police. I can confirm that the information you have requested is not held by Northumbria Police.
No such instances have been found. A search across all crime MOs conducted for the period specified by you request for the phrase "deliveroo" did not return any information. Also searching occupation information for occupations containing the word "deliveroo" did not return any information.
