Provision of information held by Northumbria Police made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the 'Act')

As you may be aware the purpose of the Act is to allow a general right of access to information held at the time of a request, by a Public Authority (including the Police), subject to certain limitations and exemptions.

You asked:

Please can you tell me how many Land Rover cars were stolen in the Northumbria police force area from 01/01/16-31/03/19, broken down by month.

In Response:

As per our acknowledgement this request is aggregated with your previous almost identical one sent to you on 08/04/19 due to cost/time considerations.

Accordingly as you are in receipt of some of this information already, the following exemption is applicable.

As the information you have requested is accessible by other means I have not provided you with a copy of the information and will rely on Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.  You should therefore consider this a refusal for your request.

I have provided an explanation to this exemption below.

Section 21 (1) - Information accessible by other means

Information which is reasonably accessible to the applicant is exempt information.

You were sent a response on 08/04/19 for information relating to 01/01/19 to 19/03/19.  Section 21 is therefore applicable to those parts.  That request is also published on the Northumbria Police Disclosure Log.

With regards to the remainder I respond as below
