Provision of information held by Northumbria Police made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the 'Act')

As you may be aware the purpose of the Act is to allow a general right of access to information held at the time of a request, by a Public Authority (including the Police), subject to certain limitations and exemptions.

You asked:

  1. In 2016/17 £1,359.55 was spent painting vehicles in gay pride livery. How many vehicles did this cover and what vehicles were they?
  2. In 2016/17, £1,659 was spent on 'event uniforms'. What event or events does this refer to?

In Response:

1.  This covered 2 Vehicles. A Vauxhall Vivaro Van and a Vauxhall Astra Car.

2.Sunderland Pride and Northern Pride.
