Following receipt of your request, searches were conducted with the Legal and Fleet Departments of Northumbria Police. I can confirm that the information you have requested is held, in part, by Northumbria Police.
I am able to disclose the located information to you as follows.
- No information held. There have been no Road Traffic Collision civil claims brought against the Force by suspects knocked off mopeds/scooters by police vehicles during a pursuit in the 2019-20 or current financial years therefore, there has been no compensation paid.
- 2 x July 2019 - £175 - each vehicle – Refuelled with petrol in error

1 x June 2020 - £175 - Refuelled with petrol in error
