Provision of information held by Northumbria Police made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the 'Act')

As you may be aware the purpose of the Act is to allow a general right of access to information held at the time of a request, by a Public Authority (including the Police), subject to certain limitations and exemptions.

You asked:

  1. How many people are employed as part of your Communications Department (by communications I mean Press, Media, Marketing and Digital teams). Can you please tell me the total number, including vacant posts.
  2. Can you please provide an organogram of the communications department’s structure.
  3. Can you please provide a breakdown of roles within the Digital Communications team and their pay brackets.
  4. Can you please provide a copy of your Communications Strategy & your digital communications strategy.
  5. Can you please provide an email address (generic or team) for the team responsible for social media?

Following receipt of your request, searches were conducted with the People Services and Communications Department of Northumbria Police. I can confirm that the information you have requested is held by Northumbria Police.

I am able to disclose the located information to you as follows.
