Following receipt of your request, searches were conducted within Northumbria Police. I can confirm that the information you have requested is held by Northumbria Police.
I am able to disclose the located information to you as follows.

It should be noted that other members of staff will ensure "equality", "diversity" or "inclusion", but whose job titles do not include those terms specifically. For instance we have an additional 3 individuals with ‘Positive Action’ in their position titles.
