Provision of information held by Northumbria Police made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the 'Act')

As you may be aware the purpose of the Act is to allow a general right of access to information held at the time of a request, by a Public Authority (including the Police), subject to certain limitations and exemptions.

You asked:

1. Please state the number of 999 calls received by your force’s control room in the 3 years (1st January 2015 to 31 December 2018). Please breakdown the number of calls by calendar month and year

2. Please state the number of 101 calls received by your force’s control room in the 3 years (1st January 2015 to 31 December 2018). Please breakdown the number of calls by calendar month and year.

3. Please provide the grading (i.e Emergency/Priority/Scheduled/Resolution without deployment OR equivalent) for the 999 calls to your force’s control room in the 3 years (1st January 2015 to 31 December 2018). Please breakdown the number of calls by calendar month and year.

4. Please provide the grading (i.e Emergency/Priority/Scheduled/Resolution without deployment OR equivalent) for the 101 calls to your force’s control room in the 3 years (1st January 2015 to 31 December 2018). Please breakdown the number of calls by calendar month and year.
