Provision of information held by Northumbria Police made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the 'Act')
As you may be aware the purpose of the Act is to allow a general right of access to information held at the time of a request, by a Public Authority (including the Police), subject to certain limitations and exemptions.
You asked:
- How many requests were made to your force under Clare’s Law in 2017/2018?
- Can you give me same the information for the 12 months previous to that (2016/2017)?
- Can you please break the numbers down into "right to ask" and "right to know"
- How many of these requests went past stage one
- How many reached stage two (face to face meeting)
- How many reached stage three (disclosure?)
