In Response:
1.Northumbria Police have 14,471 alarms with an intruder element registered at this time
2.The income we receive in respect of intruder/hold up alarms is simply to cover administrative costs they incur. This includes the registration of, variations, cancellations of systems and close monitoring of system performances. It includes the cost of staffing, provision of IT and postage.
January 2017 - December 2017 - £45,837.32
January 2018 - November 2018 - £38,600.52
Note: It is not possible to break the income figure down further between the two different elements, nor between individuals.

4. All Confirmed Activations received a Grade 1 response with a patrol being dispatched immediately, after dispatch we may receive updates from the ARC or Keyholder that require circumstances to change but the figures for such incident are not collated and therefore not retrievable.
5.We do not give any “Confirmed Alarms” a Level Three response. Problematic alarm systems that fall below the agreed performance standards may be classified as Level Three, but Alarm Receiving Centres do not pass activations from such systems until the standards are met and the alarm companies have applied for re-instatement at Level 1.
