"Complaint" has been defined as any incident taking place regarding an address on Russell Ave.
Incomplete 999 calls, along with incidents created for information purposes, have been included within this count.
Because the request is so specific we have provided the information down to quarter years and down to incident description to avoid exemptions being applied to withhold.
