Provision of information held by Northumbria Police made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the 'Act')
As you may be aware the purpose of the Act is to allow a general right of access to information held at the time of a request, by a Public Authority (including the Police), subject to certain limitations and exemptions.
- Can you please e-mail the post-match police report from Newcastle United versus Leeds United on April 14, 2017? If the information is not included in the report, could I also be sent the following information:
- The total number of arrests.
- The total number of ejections from the stadium.
Following receipt of your request, searches were conducted with the Operations Department of Northumbria Police. I can confirm that the information you have requested is held in part by Northumbria Police.
I am able to disclose the located information to you as follows.
- No information held. This report is no longer held by the relevant department. To establish if this is held anywhere in the force would attract Section 12 exemption due to cost/time constraints.
