Following receipt of your request, searches were conducted with the Legal Department of Northumbria Police.  I can confirm that the information you have requested is held by Northumbria Police.

I am able to disclose the located information to you as follows.

  1. 2 interim orders.
  2. 3 full orders -  each order imposed for the statutory minimum period of 2 years.
  3. 1 interim and full order.
  4. 3 interim orders have been renewed by the court pending police investigation/charging decision.

6-11  We have not had any interim or full orders varied, discharged or appealed.

From the information provided you can calculate the figures yourself for points 12 – 14.
