Following receipt of your request, searches were conducted with the Safeguarding Department of Northumbria Police. I can confirm that the information you have requested is not held by Northumbria Police.
We do not have a specific policy/procedure around ‘off street prostitution’.
However, in order to aid and assist you we can advise that we do have a procedure entitled Dealing with Prostitution and Sex Workers which supports our Protecting the Vulnerable Policy (please note this is currently under review) - which I have attached above; these are used alongside National Guidance, to which I have provided a link to below:
