Following receipt of your request, searches were conducted with the Procurement and ICT Departments of Northumbria Police. I can confirm that the information you have requested is held by Northumbria Police.
I am able to disclose the located information to you as follows.
With regards to questions relating to MDFS and printers and points 5, 6, 8, 9, 10 and 11 the below exemption is applicable.
As the information you have requested at these points is accessible by other means I have not provided you with a copy of the information and will rely on Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
You should therefore consider this a refusal for those parts of your request.

Information which is reasonably accessible to the applicant is exempt information.

Additionally a response to questions 1, 2, 3, 4 and 7 for print room equipment is also in the public domain, and therefore the above exemption also applies to those points of this request.
