Provision of information held by Northumbria Police made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the 'Act')

As you may be aware the purpose of the Act is to allow a general right of access to information held at the time of a request, by a Public Authority (including the Police), subject to certain limitations and exemptions.

  1. How many motorists have been caught driving without an MOT from May 20, 2018 until December 31, 2018
  2. How many motorists have been caught driving without an MOT from January 1, 2019 until December 31, 2019
  3. How many motorists have been caught driving without an MOT from January 1, 2020 until January 31, 2019

I am able to disclose the located information to you as follows.

  1. May 20 2018 until the 31 December 2018 = 132.
  2. January 1 2019 until the 31 December 2019 = 151.
  3. January 1 2020 until the 31 January 2020 = 0.
