Please provide a monthly breakdown for the last three years of the number of Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) and/or Traffic Offence Reports (TORs) issued for the offence of driving a vehicle (includes car/van/truck/lorry and motorcycles) without a valid MOT Test Certificate in your police jurisdiction.
Could you provide a monthly breakdown for the following years 2015/2016, 2016/2017, 2017/2018.

We have now had the opportunity to fully consider your request and I provide a response for your attention.
Following receipt of your request, searches were conducted with the Fixed Penalty Unit of Northumbria Police. I can confirm that the information you have requested is held by Northumbria Police.
I am able to disclose the located information to you as attached. This relates to the number of fixed penalties only - we do not do TORS.
