Following receipt of your request, searches were conducted with the Fixed Penalty Department of Northumbria Police. I can confirm that the information you have requested is held by Northumbria Police.
I am able to disclose the located information to you as follows.
We can advise that during the 12 month period 1 November 2018 to 31 October 2019 there were 281 offences of driving without insurance for which FPN’s were issued.
