Following receipt of your request, searches were conducted within Northumbria Police. I can confirm that the information you have requested is held by Northumbria Police.
I am able to disclose the located information to you as follows.
1. There have been 3 cases where the offender was Charged.
2. All 3 pleaded guilty and each received a Fine.
3. Nil
4. All 3 had other driving related offences included in the Charges, so one also received 3 points on their Licence, another was Disqualified from Driving and the third is showing as being requested to pay the Victims’ Surcharge and Costs.
